We will contact you within one business day to let you know what day your yard will be serviced and gather any other important details before our first visit.
Our technician starts by carefully scanning your yard in a methodical grid pattern, ensuring every pet waste deposit is spotted and removed.
To ensure no mess is left behind, they’ll perform a second walk-through, double-checking the entire area for any missed spots.
Using a specialized scooping tool and a fresh waste bag, they collect the waste in a hygienic manner.
Once all waste is gathered, the bags are securely tied for proper disposal—either in your trash can or their vehicle, depending on your preference.
Before leaving, our technician will clean and disinfect their tools and shoes to prevent any cross-contamination between yards.

No, you don’t need to be home. We will send you a picture confirming your gate is securely closed after we’re finished.
Can my dog(s) be in the yard when you service my yard?
We recommend keeping your dog(s) indoors during our visit for their safety and to help us work efficiently. However, if your dog is friendly and enjoys meeting new people, we’d be happy to say hello! We’re dog lovers too and love spending time with furry friends, and we want to be sure your dogs safety is our #1 priority. If you have any special requests, feel free to let us know.
How do you ensure the gate is securely closed?
After each service visit, you'll receive a photo of your securely closed gate, giving you peace of mind as your furry friends return to their clean, safe yard.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept various payment methods, including all major credit/debit cards, and payments are processed on a recurring basis the 1st of each month.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If you’re not happy with the service for any reason, let us know within 24 hours what you're concerned about and we will do everything we can to make it right—no extra charge.
What happens if it rains on the day of my service?
If the weather is unsafe or unsuitable to scooping, we’ll notify you and reschedule the service for another day.

We currently serve Windermere, Winter Garden, Horizon West. Four Corners, Reunion, Celebration, Clermont, Dr. Phillips Gotha, Oakland, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista.
